When I shared this information with customer service they stopped responding to me. (ip address was not mine, timing was not consistent with my activity) And I was also contacted by my internet provider and google chrome about the privacy breach.
It took several days, but they did send me information that confirmed that my information was compromised.
I immediately contacted customer service with full faith and hope that they’d assist. I received six emails about deposits that occurred while I was at work. Fast forward to October 2nd of this year (which seems to be the same day that others had issues), my account was hacked through their website. I told everyone about the site - the games are great and you can play with coins that are no risk. I loved it and enjoyed playing their games. They have had small glitches, but overall a great experience and no different than any in person casino. I have been a Chumba fan/customer for three years.
